After a short transition, the starting flag will drop through Armistizio at 12.25 and then head towards Abano and the Euganean Hills, an area belonging to the Giro del Veneto tradition. We will pass through Torreglia, Galzignano Terme, Rovolon and Teolo and after the first 60 kilometers we will enter the province of Vicenza. A few flat kilometers through Bosco and Nanto, then in Barbarano you can climb the Berici Hills, to meet the climb of Ca’ Lerna, Bocca d’Ansiesa and Perarolo da Brendola.
The last hour of the race will take place on a circuit of 21.5 km Which combines the artistic contents with the beauty of the land of Vicenza, and above all the famous “Rotunda”, an outstanding masterpiece of the Palladian masterpieces. The race will ascend to Arcugnano along the Military Route and will cover the hills up to the Monte Berico Reserve. The slope of the sanctuary will be covered in the descent. We will pass through the center of Vicenza along the very central Corso Palladio and will return to the Berici detour to resume the military road. At the end of the second lap the race will end directly from the Via Roma in Vicenza with a coverage of 159.5 kilometres.
Giro del Veneto’s honor roll is crowded with famous names including Costante Girardengo, Alfredo Binda, Fausto Coppi, Franco Bitossi, Roger De Vlaemick, Giuseppe Saronni, Francesco Moser and also Filippo Pozzato, winner in 2009 and today busy in the role of organizer.

After the Giro del Veneto, Ride The Dreamland will continue with Serenissima Gravel on October 14, VENEtoGO on October 15 and will end with Veneto Classic on October 16.
