GP Misano 2022: The World Championship returns to Italy. Dates, times and information

Misano Moto GP 2022 – After the excitement of the Austrian Grand Prix, the world championship returns to Italy, the next stage in Misano for the Grand Prix of San Marino and Rimini Rivera, stage 14 of the 2022 calendar.

In Misano the long-distance fight continues between Francesco Bagnaia and Fabio Quartararo. The first comes from a streak of three straight victories, while the second, despite the bike’s difficulties, remains the undisputed leader in the world championship standings. If the Piedmontese achieve their fourth win in a row with the Red team, it will be the first in history and he won this track last year.
The Romanian circuit is one of Yamaha’s favorite circuit, which here won the most victories among manufacturers and last year No. 20 won the world title on this track. So it will again be a very open challenge.

Between the two “quarrels” we cannot forget the other parties. Above all there is the entire Ducati squadron, with Miller and Zarco ready to fight and above all Martin and Bastianini ready to conquer important positions, especially the latter after the announcement of the move to the factory team.

But we shouldn’t forget Aprilia either. Noale’s house is constantly growing and both Aleix Espargarò and Maverick Vinales could be in the match for the win.

Misano will also be the last race for Andrea Dovizioso to stop after that. Will it be the final withdrawal? Or will we see him again in MotoGP? Only after the race will we know more.

Weather for Gp Misano

Rain is expected throughout the weekend.
